Chia Seed Pudding

Chia Seed Pudding

This easy, nutrient-packed recipe is perfect for breakfast, a healthy snack, or even dessert!

Chia Seed pudding is my go to breakfast when I'm craving something sweet. It's simple to make, delicious, healthy, and great for meal prepping. Chia pudding is very versatile as it pairs well with most fruits and sweeteners.

Chia Seeds are packed with Omega 3 Fatty Acids, fiber, & antioxidants. The fiber in this breakfast staple will keep you fuller longer and reduce your cravings to over eat, making this the perfect breakfast for weight loss. Some other benefits of chia seeds include improved heart health, digestive health, & blood sugar regulation.

Ingredients:

Chia Seeds

Chia Seeds are a small yet extremely beneficial plant to include in your diet! Providing benefits such as essential Omega 3 fatty Acids, improved heart health, digestive health, & blood sugar regulations.

Natural Sweetener

Natural sweeteners will make the chia seed go from blah to yum! Chia Seeds' blandness is secretly their superpower, picking up whatever flavor you add to them. I enjoy putting honey or maple syrup in my chia seed pudding.

Fruit

Fruit will also act as a natural sweetener as well! My fruit recommendations include blueberries, dragon fruit, mangoes, chocolate (yes, chocolate is a fruit), and raspberries.
